Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible, the vest must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included — that means the 3L bladder and drink tube come back too.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned incomplete do not qualify.

If your order included a promotional or free item, it must be returned as well, or its value is deducted from the refund.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. We do not provide prepaid labels for these. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or refund it — your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to post it.
