We ship worldwide from the United States.

Order processing

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

United States — 5–10 business days
Europe — 5–12 business days
Rest of world — 7–15 business days

These estimates run from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Shipping cost

Free express shipping within the United States. International rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 48 hours of dispatch — if it shows nothing before then, that is normal.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Delays

Delivery windows can extend because of customs, holidays or carrier problems. If your order passes the estimated window, contact us and we will chase it.
