FAQ
Before you order
How bright is it?
Bright enough to be picked up by drivers well before they reach you. The LED strips glow front and back, and the reflective tape throws headlights back even when the lights are off.
What light modes are there?
Three: steady on, slow flash and fast flash. Flash modes get attention fastest; steady is easier on the eyes of people walking with you.
How do I charge it?
Plug it into any USB charger, power bank or laptop port with the included cable. A full charge covers several night outings.
Can I wear it in the rain?
Yes. It's rain-resistant (IPX5), so drizzle and splashes are fine. Don't submerge it or put it in the washing machine.
Will it fit me?
One size with adjustable shoulder and waist straps. It sits over a tee or a winter jacket and fits most adults.
How long does delivery take?
Free US shipping. Orders leave within 2-3 business days and typically arrive in 8-15 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
